Can you swim naked in rivers?
Can you swim naked in rivers?
Can you look at your body, truly look, every parts of her with love, compassion… admiration? The curves, the stretches, her strengths, her weaknesses, the stories and knowledge she has to share, the care she requests, the love she deserves.
Or do you hide her, watch and compare your body to others and feel less or more?
Do you feed your body with the food she deserves? Nourishing, real food from the earth?
Or do you see food as a way to cover your pain, to numb, to rush and go back to doing? Maybe you deprive your body from nourishing food as a way to control her and your life?
Do or did you love your women cycle, for its miracle of life it prepares or prepared you for? For this moment of rest, intuition it allows you to enter? Can you find joy in your cycle?
Or do you feel miserable and see this part of womankind as being an unfair burden?
Can you show your body to your beloved? Your whole body? Without shame? Without restraint? With love, pride and sensuality?
Or would you rather turn the light off and hide your body in fear that someone would see the imperfections you see in her?
Can you connect to your body and listen to her voice and whispers? Can you rest when she asks you to? Can you move when she needs it?
Or do you ask her to shush and move on with the schedule of what you created your life to be?
Can you dance when creativity flows through? Can you dance? Can you let music move your body? Can you let the flow of life moves through her? Can you flow freely, creatively?
Or would you rather hide with embarassment?
Can you hug your kids, your loved ones bringing the energy of love? Can you touch yourself with love and compassion? Can you feel the healing power of your hands?
Or do you find the sense of touch difficult to bear. Do you build a fence between you and your body and others?
Are you looking forward to growing old together, accepting the changes and caring for her the way she will need?
Or are you dreading the process of aging and despising her transformation?
Can you swim naked in rivers? Can you feel this sense of freedom? This sense of love and acceptance it brings to yourself?
Or would you rather shrink and hide?
Once you find your own ways to connect with your body, your wild women, your authentic self, she will open you in ways you could not imagine she would. Touch, taste, smell, look and hear your body. Move and be moved. Nourish and respect your body. Connect with your natural, wild self. And give yourself permission to feel good. Give yourself permission to love yourself.
With infinite love and gratitude
